Long Term Objectives
Program Aim
The English Works Program equips young adults, especially young women, with English proficiency, business communication, and employability skills.
Learning Model & Skills Development
Through a six-month intensive curriculum, participants gained competencies in communication, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, teamwork, and workplace readiness, enabling them to compete in higher education and job markets.
Gender Empowerment
With over 50% female participation, the program provided safe learning spaces for young women, enabling many to step into leadership and employment roles for the first time.
Graduate Outcomes & Impact
More than 150 youth completed the program, with several securing jobs, starting small businesses, or pursuing advanced studies. A strong culture of community service emerged, as graduates volunteered in tutoring, social campaigns, and youth development activities.
