GRACE Association is conducting trainings for GRACE Volunteers including Lady Health Workers, Teachers and Community Development Workers to build their capacity in Data Collection and collect data from schools and parents to figure out in and out of school children, teachers, and perception of teachers and parents about educating girls and children with disabilities. GRACE is piloting a project to assess the situation and check the feasibility to foster inclusive education in public and private primary schools to promote quality primary education especially for girls and children with disability through community-school networks. The objective of the training was to enhance skills and motivate GRACE Volunteers to help GRACE promote inclusive education and ensure access to quality education for all children. The first training conducted for GRACE Volunteers at Kwardu and it was a 4 hours training. 21 members participated in the training program and learned filling the data collection form ensuring counting of all out of school children especially girls and children with disabilities. Same type of trainings are going to organized in other valleys like Kachura, Shagari Khurd and Shagari Kalan in Skardu -II.
